Buckle up, music lovers, 'cause I'm about to tell you 'bout a pilgrimage that went straight to the Holy Land of Southern sound – Muscle Shoals Sound Studio! …
What an incredible experience. I was fortunate enough to spend Sunday with the Classic Seger band recording with the amazingly talented Chase Brandon. The room is filled with the ghosts of rock n roll. It was surreal to share the space with them.
I can’t say enough about the visit we took to MSS! I’m so very proud of Muscle Shoals and the group of dedicated individuals who lovingly made sure this was saved for all to see. So inspiring! The tour guide kept us totally enthralled. We loved it!
Bucket List Dream Tour. Walking through/Experiencing the Recording Home of my Youth's Soundtrack Memories! Our guide, Terrell, had us awestruck as history came alive through his descriptions. Huge Thank you, to Dr. Dre, for preserving history for the rest of the Music Loving World. Now i will definitely get a set of "Beats"!
Brilliant tour with a fantastic tour guide! Toni was so engaging and told the best stories. Highly recommended 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 …
Amazing piece of history. Absolutely worth visiting if you’re a fan of music history, and certainly worth the $20 for the tour. So glad I made it a point to stop by. Not many places where you can stand in the exact spot that musical legends (Aretha, Bob Seger, Duane Allman, Wilson Pickett, Cher, and on and on) have recorded.
Great to hear the history of all the great recording artists that used this studio. Guided tour was GREAT !
Visited Muscle Shoals Sound Studios & enjoyed every minute of it. The tour was very interesting & informative. The Tour Guide, Terrell was AWESOME. He told us many stories about "famous" people who recorded there. We could "picture" it all …
What a great tour guide. His stories made you feel like you were right there on the late night session with these musicians. An hour wasn't enough time because I know he had more stories. He should write a book. This is a definite stop if you like music in the least bit. Go here!! Great tour. Hint: Tours were on the half hour.
Pretty cool, pretty small, tour guide knew his stuff. Pricey for what it was.
